Our Company History and Development ECS was founded by our Managing Director Neil Fletcher in 1981 primarily focusing on waterbased coating and distribution of solvents.  Since it inception the company now spans two factory sites and manufactures all its main product groups from primary raw materials and distributes high performancechemicals and coatings around the globe.
